At Cheltenham Music Festival, we use a Select Your Own Seat booking system, so you can choose your own seat in a venue where we have reserved seating. Wishlists are not used for purchasing tickets at this Festival.

Once Cheltenham Music Festival is on sale

1. Login to your Cheltenham Festivals account by clicking on the person icon at the top right of the Cheltenham Festivals homepage page.

2. Once you are logged in, visit the Cheltenham Music Festival What’s On grid to browse all the events. Click ‘More Info’ to find out more about each event.

3. When you're ready to purchase tickets to an event click the ‘Book Now’ button. The screen will show a bird’s eye view of the event venue and a description of each section. You'll also see the price ranges of the tickets available in each section on the left-hand side of the venue map.

4. To view the seats available in each section of the venue, click one of the section blocks. Any seats shown in grey are not available to purchase. Hover over each seat with your mouse to view more details about each seat, including the price and any additional information such as restricted view. Seats with a star symbol have a restricted or no view.

5. To add your selected seat to your basket, click on the seat and choose the ‘standard price'. This will then automatically add the seat to your basket. To add another seat to your basket, repeat this process.

6. When you have added your seats to your basket, to start the purchase process, click on the red add to cart button.

7. Your order summary will then be shown. If you'd like to add more events to your basket, click on Continue Shopping, or to purchase your tickets, click on Checkout.

8. The checkout page will confirm the event(s) and seats you have chosen. When your card payment details have been successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation to your email address. A second email will arrive 10-20 minutes later containing your e tickets for the event.
