Accessibility booking

Accessibility requirements can include wheelchairs, personal assistant ticket, sight impairment or hearing loop requirements.

For the 2022 Cheltenham Music Festival, accessibility requirement bookings can be made via our website by completing an online form. Forms for the Cheltenham Music Festival will be available from Monday 7 March at 10am and we will process these in the order we receive them from Sunday 20 March.

For the Cheltenham Science Festival, accessibility requirement bookings can be made via our website by completing an online form. Forms for the Cheltenham Science Festival will be available from Wednesday 30 March at 10am and we will process these in the order we receive them from Thursday 14 April.

When your form has been processed by the Box Office team, you will receive an email confirming your order. To pay for your tickets, please call Cheltenham Festivals Box Office on 01242 850270, lines will be open Tuesday to Fridays 10am-4pm. Please select one on the call menu to speak to a member of the Box Office team who will take your payment.

Ticket payments will need to be made within four working days by phone upon receipt of your order confirmation email. If we do not receive payment within four working days, we will release your reserved tickets back to general sale.

Assistance dogs

Are welcome. Please provide proof that the dog is registered with an organisation that is a member of Assistance Dogs UK.

Strobe Lighting
Should an event contain strobe lighting there will be on-site warnings at the venue.
