Science for Schools 2017
Your Amazing Brain, Indestructible Energy, The Science of Sound, Frankantomy and Body Hacking were just some of the brilliant shows that featured in the Science for Schools programme at this year’s Festival. Over 6500 pupils and staff from 95 schools came along to our four fun filled days.
Hands-on workshops included Uncovering Fossils, exploring an Anatomy Zoo, building a city of the future in Engineering Utopia and Creative Coding through dance as well as many more.
Exploring our interactive zones is always a highlight and this year was no exception. From the technology driven Discover Zone to the curious materials and robotics in the MakerShack, there was something for all ages.
