Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 per annum
Full time + 33 days holiday, 5% pension contribution, staff ticket allocation

Our year-round education, community and talent development programmes reach out year-round and culminate at the town’s internationally-acclaimed Jazz, Science, Music and Literature Festivals.
We are looking for an experienced, professional HR generalist who can support and provide advice to the Senior Management Team and Heads of Departments across the charity in the management and administration of permanent, temporary, freelance and voluntary staff across the festivals and year- round community projects.
Reporting into the Director of HR and Operations the role will include maintaining comprehensive and user-friendly policies & procedures and associated documentation. The postholder will have a strong commitment to employee engagement and equal opportunities in line with the charity’s values.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, be well organised and maintain a fair and consistent approach to all aspects of HR support.
