We are looking for caterers to add to our 2020 Free Stage & Festival Village in order to provide catering to Festival goers during the opening weekend, between 3 and 5 July 2020. Around 4 spaces are available in total, with positioning and pricing tailored on application.
Cheltenham Festivals gives great importance to follow a Sustainability Policy. Please note that preference will be given to companies/individuals who place emphasis on green products, recycled packaging, ethical goods and local goods. Please mention any ways you do this in your application.

The deadline for applications is Monday 13 April. Cheltenham Festivals will review all applications after this date and appoint successful traders by the end of May. If you have not heard from Cheltenham Festivals by the end of May, please consider your application to be unsuccessful.

The 2019 Cheltenham Music Festival saw the launch of a brand new Free Stage at Imperial Square for its opening weekend. Stall holders and festival goers enjoyed three days of free concerts, pop-up performances and showcases to celebrate the 75th Cheltenham Music Festival.
The programme featured the best of UK folk, world, indie, jazz, gospel, family, entertainment, interactive events, ‘recommended by BBC Music Introducing in the West’ performances, Decca Showcases and much, much more…
The new Festival Village was undoubtedly a huge success for all, and we are pleased to have the Free Stage and Imperial Square Village back for 2020.
