We are looking for caterers to add to our 2020 Festival Village in order to provide catering to Festival goers. Around 12 spaces are available in total, with positioning and pricing tailored on application.
2020 keeps the same layout as last year, with our larger big top, many locations to host a variety of traders, and larger spaces for visitors to gather to soak up the festival spirit.
Cheltenham Festivals gives great importance to our Sustainability Policy. Please note that preference will be given to companies/individuals who place emphasis on green products, recycled packaging, ethical goods and local goods. Please mention any ways you do this in your application.

The deadline for applications is Friday 31 January. Cheltenham Festivals will review all applications after this date and appoint successful traders by the end of February. If you have not heard from Cheltenham Festivals by the end of March, please consider your application to be unsuccessful.
More about the Cheltenham Jazz Festival
2019 saw the most successful Cheltenham Jazz Festival ever. Stall holders and festival goers alike enjoyed 5 glorious days of jazz and a packed Montpellier Gardens.
The festival sold over 35,000 tickets last year and attracted huge crowds to the free entertainment taking place within Montpellier Gardens.
We are also looking for traders for our Music Festival, 3 – 5 July 2019. Further details are in the Jazz Information Pack and on the website from the beginning of January 2020.
