Full-time permanent contract
Salary: £17,000 per annum
+ 5% pension contribution, childcare vouchers, staff ticket allocation

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, well-organised person to join our central operations team at the heart of the organisation. The postholder will support the team who implement the operational delivery of each of the festival project plans. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a love of following process and working with bespoke event software to a high level (training will be given).
You will be a completer finisher with the ability to prioritise a complex workload, work under pressure and able to meet strict deadlines. This role is ideal for somebody wanting to start a career in events or festival management. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional events team organising some of the leading Festivals in the UK.
This role is for somebody who can work well under pressure and is familiar with working to deadlines and in a cross-team environment, with competing priorities.
Experience of working in a charity or an arts organisation is desirable, but not essential.
