The first event in a three-day celebration of American composer Leonard Bernstein’s 100th birthday, this double-bill evening features a mesmerising one-man play exploring the unlikely yet sincere friendship that blossomed between Bernstein and Walter Hussey, Dean of Chichester Cathedral, and a film showing of one of Bernstein’s best loved works – the allsinging, all-dancing riotous musical On The Town, starring Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra.
The Playhouse Theatre is an intimate community theatre in the heart of Cheltenham, run by volunteers since 1957. It is situated in the centre of Cheltenham, a short walk from Montpellier Gardens.

Our booking fee
CF Ticketing charges a fee per booking to reflect the costs of providing the service which include card processing costs (for both credit and debit cards) as well as staffing, developing and maintaining the booking software and postage
Our booking fees are as follows:

- Telephone sales £2.00
- In person card sales £2.00
We endeavour to keep our booking fees as low as possible and charge on a per booking basis rather than a per ticket basis to ensure this. We also endeavour to ensure that our booking fees are clear before any transaction is completed.
