Alissa Timoshkina (Salt & Time) invites us to sample flavours and recipes that are unfamiliar but delicious, from her native Russia. She is joined by award-winning journalist Sara Wheeler (Mud and Stars), who travels not only in Russia but also in time, using writers from the golden age of Russian literature as her guide. They talk about their shared love of Russia to Julia Wheeler.
