The brilliant Israeli chef Yotam Ottolenghi has taken the London restaurant scene by storm with his original, flavour-packed dishes drawing on his culinary heritage. NOPI is one of the most recent additions to Yotam’s family of eateries -where he works closely with head chef Ramael Scully to create menus that combine their tastes, travels and passion for food which “makes people smile” .
NOPI: The Cookbook celebrates their unique collaboration, with 120 inspiring and delightful recipes specially adapted for the home chef. To mark the publication of this beautiful volume Yotam and Scully are taking Nopi on the road, hosting a series of exclusive pop up restaurants in special locations.
We are delighted to announce that we have worked with one of the hottest new venues in town, Lucky Onion’s no 38 to secure this exclusive opportunity to dine in style with NOPI.
Scully will personally supervise the preparation of delicious canapés, and a three course lunch or dinner, bringing the best of Nopi to Cheltenham. Yotam and Scully will host this very special occasion, mingling and chatting with a select group of lucky diners.
To add to the sense of occasion Ketel One Vodka will be hosting a special bar mixing pre dinner drinks and digestifs for guests.
Tickets will be priced at £80pp person. This will include a welcome cocktail and canapés, a three course lunch or dinner devised and prepared by the team from NOPI and a signed copy of NOPI: The Cookbook.
