We are delighted that The Summerfield Charitable Trust have helped us to create the Jan Urban-Smith Debate at the 2013 Times Cheltenham Literature Festival. The event will see challenging questions about children’s literature debated by our panel which includes bestselling children’s writers Melvin Burgess, Anne Fine and Jamila Gavin and school literacy guru Graham Tyrer.

Through the Summerfield Charitable Trust’s support we are able to offer free places for a number of people aged under 25 to be inspired by and join in with this exciting debate.

If you are aged under 25 and would like to enter our draw for free tickets then please fill in the form below and let us know about the childhood book which shaped you as you grew up.

The Summerfield Charitable Trust supports good causes in Gloucestershire benefiting the arts, the natural heritage and environment, community projects, education, recreation and sport, and the vulnerable and disadvantaged.
