The Kansas Smitty’s House Band with special guest Clare Teal show at Cheltenham Town Hall is sold out, but you can catch the band in their Kansas Smitty’s presents shows at The Daffodil, featuring Cherise Adams-Burnett, Rachael Cohen, RP Quartet and Pete Horsfall’s Sunday Service.

Last year Kansas Smitty’s House Band blew us away with their takeover of The Daffodil, we asked them what they have in store for us this year in their guest blog.

Giacomo Smith alto saxophone, clarinet
Pete Horsfall trumpet and vox
Adrian Cox clarinet and vox
Jason Rebello piano
David Archer guitar
Ferg Ireland double bass
Will Cleasby drums
Clare Teal vocals

They brought down the house during their Cheltenham visit last year: with critically acclaimed albums, a sold-out tour and rave reviews, Kansas Smitty’s House Band are one of the hottest live acts in the UK jazz scene. For this special show they join forces with award-winning jazz singer and festival favourite Clare Teal. Support comes from singer-songwriter Sarah Munro.

They dance to a beat of their own drum. Totally unpredictable!
