Booking Terms and Conditions

 

Refunds

The Festival cannot refund money or exchange tickets, except in the case of a cancelled performance.

 

Credit/Debit Cards

Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro are accepted. Please provide a card number, issue number, expiry date, security code, name and address of the card holder.

 

Cheques

Please make cheques payable to CF Productions.

 

Discounts & Concessions

Offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Cheltenham Festivals reserves the right to offer last minute promotions and discounts.

 

Membership

Members are entitled to a 10% discount on full price tickets at many Cheltenham Festivals events. Discounted tickets are for Member’s sole use. Discounts do not apply on events that include food or drink, or for those people with Associate Membership. Membership starts from £15 and offers discounts and priority booking at all four Festivals: visit cheltenhamfestivals.com/membership for more information.

Disabled Patrons & Support Workers/Assistants

Our intention is to make everything we do accessible to all our audiences. We therefore offer a free ticket for support workers/assistants that travel with disabled patrons to ensure they are able to attend. We recommend early booking for seats requiring wheelchair access as they are limited in number. Please be prepared to show relevant ID at the box office or upon admission to events. All our venues have disabled access.

25 and unders are offered £10 tickets at the Parabola Arts Centre when booking for four or more events from the following:

Membership discount cannot be used in conjunction with Discover Pass. Events with a ticket price below £10 are not included. Drink vouchers are issued with relevant events, and can only be used on the day of the concert. To qualify, four different events must be included - this cannot be applied to group bookings for one event.

Science Festival 2012 Concessions

Concessionary prices for The Times Cheltenham Science Festival 2012 are shown in brackets on Science Festival event pages and apply to those who are under the age of 25, full-time students, registered unemployed or registered disabled. Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility at the Box Office and on admission to events.

 

Group bookings

When booking 10 tickets at the same time for the same event at the Music or Science Festivals, the 11th ticket is free.

 

Catering vouchers

Vouchers for drinks at Hotel du Vin can be redeemed against beer, house wine or a soft drink on the day of the concert they are issued against. Concert tickets will not be accepted if drink vouchers are mislaid.
Coffee and Croissant vouchers can only be used during the intervals of the Jean-Efflam Bavouzet concert.

 

Booking Fees

We charge a £2 fee for bookings made online or on the phone. This is per transaction and covers the cost of the transaction including any credit card fees and postage. Timings

Please note that all timings are for guidance only and are approximate.

 

Latecomers

Please arrive in plenty of time for your event. It is not always possible to admit latecomers once the event has started.

 

Free events

Please note for some free events capacity may be limited and entry cannot be guaranteed.

 

Visiting the Science Festival with Children.

Please adhere to the recommended age range specified for all children’s events (those with an SF booking number). Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 years or over. All guardians must have their own tickets for all events and workshops. Prices have been kept as low as possible to allow for this. A responsible person aged 16 or over approved by the parent/guardian can accompany up to six children to an event. Cheltenham Festivals maintains a Child Protection Policy but cannot act in loco parentis or take responsibility for unsupervised children. If your child is disruptive, you may be asked to leave an event. Lost children will be taken to the info point. Please ensure that your children have your mobile phone number; wristbands are available from the Info Point if required.

 


Steve Winwood and Whole Foods Market Competition

Entry into the draw implies acceptance of these conditions.

Only one entry per person.

The competition closes on 8 May 2012.

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and UK residents. Entrants must not be employees of Cheltenham Festivals, their dependents or anyone else connected with the promotion.

The prize consists of a Whole Foods Market Hamper worth £100.

The prize must be accepted as offered; there is no cash alternative.

The prize will be awarded to one entry selected at random with 48 hours of the closing date.

The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the closing date.

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by return email within 7 days, otherwise Cheltenham Festivals reserve the right to redraw the prize.

If the winner of the draw is unable to take up a prize for any reason, Cheltenham Festivals reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever.

If events occur that render the promotion or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond Cheltenham Festivals’ reasonable control it may, at its discretion, vary or amend the promotion accordingly.

Offer entitles Full and Founding Members to one free child's ticket for the Aristocats film screening on Sunday 6 May for every full price ticket purchased.

Offer is exclusively for Full and Founding Members of the Cheltenham Festivals Membership Scheme and does not apply to Associate Members.
