Booking Terms & Conditions

Refunds

The Festival cannot refund money or exchange tickets, except in the case of a cancelled performance.

Cheltenham Festivals reserves the right to change artists or programmes as necessary.

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Please provide a card number, issue number, expiry date, security code, name and address of the card holder.

Cheques

Please make cheques payable to CF Productions.

Discounts & Concessions

Offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Cheltenham Festivals reserves the right to offer last minute promotions and discounts. Please be prepared to show relevant ID at the Box Office and upon admission to events.

Membership

Members are entitled to a 10% discount on full price tickets at many Cheltenham Festivals events. Discounted tickets are for Member’s sole use. Discounts do not apply on events that include food or drink, or for those people with Associate Membership. Membership starts from £15 and offers discounts and priority booking at all four Festivals.

Disabled Patrons & Support Workers / Assistant

Our intention is to make everything we do accessible to all our audiences. We therefore offer a free ticket for support workers/assistants that travel with disabled patrons to ensure they are able to attend. We recommend early booking for seats requiring wheelchair access as they are limited in number. Please be prepared to show relevant ID at the box office or upon admission to events. All our venues have disabled access.

Ticket Prices

Ticket prices are shown on each event page. Please be prepared to show relevant ID at the Box Office and upon admission to events. For all children’s and family events a ticket must be purchased for each adult and each child attending.

Timings

Please note that all timings are for guidance only and are approximate.

Latecomers

Please arrive in plenty of time for your event. It is not always possible to admit latecomers once the event has started. The festival reserves the right to refuse admission to any performance until a suitable break, or at the first interval.

Free Events

Please note for some free events capacity may be limited and entry cannot be guaranteed

Additional Information for Families

Please adhere to the age range specified for children’s and family events. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 or over, approved by the parent / guardian, and prices are kept as low as possible to allow for this. Any such person can accompany a maximum of 6 children to an event. Cheltenham Festivals maintains a Child Protection Policy, but cannot act in loco parentis or take responsibility for unsupervised children. If your child is disruptive you may be asked to leave the event.

Lost children will be taken to the Festival Box Office. Please ensure that children have your mobile number; wristbands are available from the Info Point if required.

For all children’s and family events a ticket must be purchased for each adult and each child attending.

£50 voucher competition

Terms and conditions

  • Entry into the draw implies acceptance of these conditions.
  • One entry per person.
  • The competition closes on 2 June 2013.
  • Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and UK residents. Entrants must not be employees of Cheltenham Festivals, their dependents or anyone else connected with the promotion.
  • The prize will consist of a £50 worth of vouchers valid for any Cheltenham Festivals (Jazz, Science, Music and Literature)
  • The prize will be available for collection at a Cheltenham Festivals box office. Locations and opening times available here
  • The prize must be accepted as offered; there is no cash alternative.
  • The prize will be awarded to one entry selected at random with 48 hours of the closing date.
  • The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by return email within 7 days, otherwise Cheltenham Festivals reserve the right to redraw the prize.

  • The prize is available subject to availability, and must be used within 12 months of the prize draw.
  • Entry into the draw implies acceptance of these conditions.

  • The competition closes on 30 June
  • Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and UK residents. Entrants must not be employees of Cheltenham Festivals, their dependents or anyone else connected with the promotion.
  • Prize consists of a night’s stay for two in a twin or double room at Thistle Hotel, Cheltenham including breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and a bottle of champagne.
  • The room is offered subject to availability, and must be booked in advance directly with the hotel. The prize must be taken by 30 June 2014.
