Salary £20,000 per annum
+ 5% pension contribution and ticket allocation

Cheltenham Festivals is a leading charitable arts organisation providing unique experiences and opportunities for all, with around 36 days of festivals of Music, Literature, Jazz and Science underpinned by year round schools and outreach programmes.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, creative and results focused person to join our in-house marketing team and to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to significantly build and extend our reputation and reach, grow and diversify our audiences and inspire new visitors.
You will have demonstrable evidence of running successful and effective digital marketing campaigns that can support the development of the Cheltenham Festivals brand and profile, box office sales, customer service and data insight.
You will need to have a good understanding of the digital marketing landscape and be ready to take on day-to-day digital marketing activities from day one.
