A special opportunity now exists for an artistic leader to build further our Music Festival’s creative and commercial ambition. Established in 1945, the Cheltenham Music Festival boasts an outstanding reputation for high calibre performances, inventive, diverse programming, a growing schools and family strand and a range of first-class venues. The successful candidate will have abundant flair and ideas, a passion for attracting new audiences, excellent professional networks, a familiarity with the arts fundraising landscape, and, of course, a deep knowledge of classical artists and repertoire alongside an interest in other musical genres and disciplines. An openness to working collaboratively with our partners and internal teams will be essential too.

Terms and Conditions:
This is not a full-time position. Cheltenham Festivals is open to conversations around flexible working, freelance and contracted terms. Salary will be in keeping with the calibre and extent of the role.
