Salary: £22,000 per annum pro rata

Cheltenham Festivals is a leading cultural organisation with around 36 days of Festivals of Literature, Jazz, Music and Science as well as year-round educational projects.
We are looking for an exceptionally well organised and friendly person with experience within a fundraising environment. The postholder will play an active part in recruiting and managing our growing number of Patrons working closely with the Head of Individual Giving and Trusts. They will need to give existing and prospective patrons the best experience by implementing excellent stewardship plans throughout the year by quality engagement with the four festivals underpinned by the education and outreach work.
The postholder will also steward a portfolio of smaller trusts, foundations and grant-making bodies to support festival and education activity. Working as part of the wider fundraising team you will have the ability to write creatively to provide a compelling case for support to raise money for the work of the Festivals.
You will be able to prioritise and manage a complex workload, have meticulous attention and be comfortable working with our CRM system (training will be given).
This role is for somebody who can work well under pressure and is familiar with working to deadlines and in a cross-team environment, with competing priorities.
Experience of working in a Charity or an arts organisation is desirable, but not essential.
