Salary £35,000 per annum

Cheltenham Festivals is a leading cultural organisation with around 36 days of festivals of Literature, Jazz, Music and Science as well as year round educational projects.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished fundraising or marketing professional, with commercial experience, to join our Marketing and Partnerships team to help generate the income and support needed to deliver 4 of the UK’s most prestigious cultural festivals. The postholder will lead the Partnerships team, and be a key member of the fundraising team. Whilst managing a number of accounts directly, they will oversee the management and activation of all corporate partner benefits in the lead up to, and during, each festival. They will also be responsible for developing and delivering retention and uplift plans for our corporate partners, with support from the wider team, and working closely with our Marketing and Programming teams.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a track record of developing business, an exceptional negotiator and somebody who enjoys building external relationships and maximising opportunities for both partners.
This role is for somebody who can work well under pressure and is familiar with working to deadlines and in a cross team environment, with competing priorities.
Experience of working in a Charity or an arts organisation is desirable, but not essential.
