Terms and Conditions of Membership

1. Membership is of the Cheltenham Festivals Membership Scheme and does not constitute membership of the charity, Cheltenham Festivals.

2. Membership is for one cycle of four festivals.

3. Membership entitles concessionary, individual, joint and family members to priority booking for programmed events run by Cheltenham Festivals, certain discounts and other benefits such as access to members’ events.

4. Associate membership entitles you to priority booking, Directors’ Picks and access to paid-for members’ events. It does not entitle you to any membership discounts or membership offers.

5. Members can purchase advance tickets for themselves and their guest for programmed events, subject to ticket availability. Individual, Concessionary and Associate Members can purchase up to two advance tickets per event; Joint Members up to four advance tickets and Family Members up to six advance tickets.

6. All discounts and concessions are offered subject to availability on a limited allocation basis. Discounts are not applicable to events which include food, drink or other benefits. Cheltenham Festivals reserves the right not to offer discounts on certain other events.

7. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, or applied retrospectively.

8. Discounted tickets are only to be used by the member and are not transferable.

9. Cheltenham Festivals reserves the right to make additional targeted special ticket offers in addition to those offered to members of the Membership Scheme as published in brochures or on websites from time to time. Cheltenham Festivals may also withdraw any offers.

10. Members’ names and contact details will be stored on a database so that the Membership Scheme can send you information and offers relating to membership. If you have indicated your consent, the Membership Scheme may also use your details to send you information relating to Cheltenham Festivals’ activities.

11. Cheltenham Festivals Membership Scheme reserves the right to refuse or terminate a membership at any time.

12. Joint membership is available for two people living at the same address.

13. Family membership is available for up to two adults and up to four children aged eighteen and under, living at the same address. Family membership covers six priority tickets.

14. £5 Cheltenham Festivals refer a friend vouchers will be sent by post within 28 days of registration of the new member’s application. The originator’s name must be given at time of application. £5 Cheltenham Festivals voucher will be given per new membership. No cash alternative is available.

15. Advance news will be communicated by email. If you live outside the UK, your advance brochure will be sent by email, rather than post.

16. Please allow 10 working days for application processing.

General terms and conditions for our membership offers

1. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time

2. All offers cannot be combined with any other offer

3. All bookings must be made directly with the establishment, who are solely responsible for the fulfilment of the offer

4. Offers are not available for Associate Members of the Cheltenham Festivals Membership Scheme
