Work Experience and Festival Helpers

Every year, we have a limited number of work experience places available to highly-motivated and enthusiastic students who are committed. This work experience is offered on a voluntary basis.

What does this entail?

The working day is long but varied, and jobs can range from page-turning to stacking chairs, from publicity work to stage management and front of house. We also run education and community projects with which you might be involved. We aim to give all our volunteers experience in all areas of the Festival's work, but it may also be possible to accommodate individuals with expertise in certain areas.

In return for this, we provide free accommodation (possibly in shared rooms), travel expenses and a contribution towards living expenses of about £15 per day.
