Rising-star saxophonist Camilla George releases her first album this year and has been namechecked by Jazzwise Magazine as an ‘artist to watch’ in 2017. Last year she shone among the ranks of the Jazz Jamaica All Stars. Now she brings her own band to Cheltenham, playing swinging jazz standards and original material which combines the jazz tradition with calypso.

The Daffodil

The Daffodil is located on Suffolk Parade, close to our Box Office and a 5 minute walk from Montpellier Gardens.

The Daffodil began life as Cheltenham’s first purpose built picture palace, opening its doors to the public on the 5th October 1922. One of country’s finest surviving examples of original Art Deco cinema design, The Daffodil’s interior is now home to a restaurant.
