Competition Terms and conditions

1) By participating in this survey, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2) All participants in our online survey must be 18 years old or over.

3) Participation in this survey is open to anyone, but excludes: Cheltenham Festivals employees and their immediate families, festival participants and their families and suppliers.

4) No ticket purchase necessary.

5) All participants that meet our entry criteria will be entered into a free prize draw to win a case of 12 bottles of Lindeman’s wine.

6) There is no cash alternative to the prize.

7) Only one entry per person is permitted.

9) The prize draw will take place on 2 November 2011.

10) The prize draw winner will be chosen at random and the prize awarded to the first entry drawn.

11) Incomplete, inappropriate or offensive entries will not be accepted.

12) The winner will be notified by email within two weeks of the draw.

13) The winner agrees to allow Cheltenham Festivals to use his/her name, or to refer to them in advertising/promotions and in announcements about this competition, without payment to the winner.

14) This prize draw is protected by our privacy policy and we will not pass on your personal details to any third party.

15) The laws of England and Wales apply to this competition and the interpretation and validity of these rules.

16) Any entries sent in by alternative methods will not be included into the draw.

17) Cheltenham Festivals reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.

18) Dates and times for the dinner are subject to availability.
